The 3rd annual Runway for Recovery was a huge success. The Marquee, was decorated beautifully and the guests enjoyed complimentary wine, beer and delicious hors d'oeuvres.
Special thanks to Amy Lacey of WRIC TV8 for doing a wonderful job at emceeing the event! Thank you to Nancy Blount for her amazing auctioning skills and raising much needed funds for our cancer patients. Special thanks to DJ Darrell Johnson of Vertigo Entertainment for making this a fun and exciting fashion show. Thank you to Freeze Frame Photo Booth for donating their equipment so that the guests could capture their memories of the evening.
The event featured the latest fashions from Monkeys, La Grande Dame, and Peter-Blair, from the Shops on Libbie & Grove, modeled by cancer survivors and others, in honor or memory of cancer patients, wearing jewelry provided by Sycamore Jewelers. Former Green Bay Packer, William Henderson and local author, Nancy Wright Beasley also modeled. Thank you to our special guests and all of the models who donated their time and wonderful energy to make this a memorable show!
